We had a truly magical experience at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with attentiveness and genuine warmth. The stunning castle exterior made us feel like we were stepping into a fairytale. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the perfect room climate for a restful sleep. We were impressed by the variety of amenities offered, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed sipping our welcome drinks and taking in the picturesque surroundings. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious menu and impeccable service. We were particularly impressed by the competent chef and the friendly waitstaff who patiently answered our questions in English. we were extremely pleased with our stay and are already considering returning in the spring, and maybe even getting married there!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our city break. The ground is well-maintained with a beautiful view. The spa is superb with great facilities and staff. We loved relaxing in the resting area. The hotel location is convenient and accessible to nearby attractions.

The hotel's service was inconsistent, with some staff being friendly and professional while others were not. Rooms lacked basic amenities like air conditioning and assistance with luggage.

An enchanting medieval castle that transports you to another time, with beautifully furnished rooms and a serene garden that seems to have been taken out of a fairy tale. the staff at the restaurant were very welcoming and provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to satisfy our needs.

The absence of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, with the thermostat being a bit high during the hotter months. the noise coming from outside, including trains, could be disturbing at times, making it harder to get a good night's rest.
